Love The Pain — Shipping Policy
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
1. Overview & Fulfillment Model
Love The Pain ("LTP," "we," "us," or "our") designs and manufactures high-performance athletic apparel and triathlon gear. Because many of our technical garments are meticulously crafted by hand per order to ensure uncompromising quality, our shipping and fulfillment workflows are structured around bespoke production timelines.
2. Processing & Production Lead Times
-
Made-to-Order Processing: Orders containing hand-crafted or custom items require standard production lead times before dispatch. Processing windows vary depending on seasonal volume and technical complexity.
-
Order Modifications: Once an order enters the production or printing queue, modifications, address changes, or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
3. Shipping Methods, Rates, & Transit
-
Carrier Services: We utilize major domestic and international carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and DHL) to ensure secure delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level selected.
-
Risk of Loss & Title: Title and risk of loss for all merchandise pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the items to the designated carrier. LTP is not responsible for packages once scanned and accepted by the carrier, except in cases proven to be direct manufacturing or fulfillment errors prior to carrier handover.
4. International Shipping, Duties, & Customs
-
Customs and Import Fees: For international shipments originating outside the United States, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
-
Customer Responsibility: The recipient of the international shipment is designated as the importer of record and is solely responsible for all associated import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees. LTP assumes no financial or operational liability for customs delays, inspections, or impounded shipments.
5. Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors
-
Accurate Information: Customers are strictly responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout.
-
Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, uncollected mail, or failure of the recipient to pay customs duties, the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping charges and reshipment fees. Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
-
Carrier Liability: Once a tracking number is generated and the package is transferred to the carrier, any transit delays, misroutes, or delivery failures are the responsibility of the respective carrier.
-
Claims: In the event of a lost or visibly damaged package, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier through their respective claims process.
