2. Made-to-Order Production & Variations

• Bespoke Manufacturing: Many of our technical garments are meticulously crafted by hand per order to ensure peak athletic performance. Consequently, minor variations in print placement, color matching, or stitching lines may occur due to the custom sublimation and assembly process.
  
  
• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display our colors, fabrics, and designs as accurately as possible. However, digital screen displays may vary, and we do not warrant that product descriptions or color renditions are entirely error-free.
  
  

3. Pricing, Orders, & Authentication

• Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices, product offerings, or specifications at any time without prior notice.
  
  
• Authenticity Disclaimer: Love The Pain products are sold exclusively through our official channels. If you did not purchase it directly from us, it is not real. We assume zero responsibility, liability, or obligation to replace, refund, or service counterfeit, unauthorized, or third-party resale items.
  
  
• Order Acceptance: Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock limitations, or pricing errors.
  
  
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement via our authorized checkout gateways. Production on made-to-order items will not commence until funds are successfully cleared.
  
  

4. Returns, Exchanges, & Final Sale Policy

• Eligibility Window & Pre-Approval: Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved prior to shipping. Any unauthorized returns sent to our facility will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
  
  
• Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any debris (such as sweat, sunscreen, or pet hair), and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  
  
• Store Credit & Exchanges Only: Because items are crafted by hand per order, eligible returns are accepted exclusively for store credit or product exchange. We do not issue cash or original-payment refunds.

  • Customized Goods: Any personalized, custom-designed, or custom-printed merchandise (including custom team kits) is strictly final sale and cannot be returned, credited, or exchanged.
    
    
  • International Orders: To manage international logistics, duties, and customs efficiently, returns and exchanges are not accepted on orders shipped outside of the USA. All international sales are final.
    
    
  • Clearance/Sale Items: Items marked down as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping & Defects: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective due to a manufacturing error. If you received a defective item or an incorrect order due to our error, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right immediately.

• "As-Is" Basis: Our products are provided for athletic and recreational use "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  
  
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Love The Pain, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including personal injury, property damage, or loss of profits—arising out of or related to the use or misuse of our products.
